Salary :

Responsible for all facets of Leasing and Administration for our residential property as mentioned above in order:

  • To ensure a low vacancy rate in residential units
  • To ensure that all rent collections are to date
  • To effectively communicate & answer queries of customers (tenants), suppliers & third parties
  • To report weekly to Management and Owners on the overall status of the property


Including but not limited to:

  • Rental of Apartments and Follow Up on leasing documents to ensure procedures are upheld
  • Managing all Tenant Moves ensuring procedures are followed & inspection reports are submitted on time
  • Collection of rents and Follow Up on delinquent payments in early phase as indicated by Accounts Receivable Department;
  • Distribution of Renewals, Notices, Memos, Releve 31 and any other documents as required;
  • Taking & Coordinating Work Orders and Follow Up on completion of work
  • Interact with tenants to resolve outstanding issues and inquiries;
  • Prepare and submit various weekly reports as required by Management/Owners;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service & tenant communications;
  • All other related duties as required.


  • Candidate must be perfectly Bilingual (written and oral);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Yardi (Genesis/Voyageur) would be an asset
  • Must understand residential leases governed by Regie de Logement
  • strong communication and organizational skills - able to manage numerous client relationships;
  • problem-solver – has ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately;
  • ability to work and act independently using good judgment when assessing difficult situations;
  • superior organization and time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


  • 2-3 years experience in similar role
