Step 3 - Inspection
At Mondev Construction, we want to make sure each unit is delivered to the full satisfaction of each of our clients. This is why, prior to signing with the notary, we will procede to a detailed inspection with you present and we will take all necessary action to deliver a condo that will make you proud.
Step 4 – Final signing with the notary
